Free entrance on the first Sunday of the month! What better way to enjoy Louvre than with thousands of other people?
When we started to queue, we saw the signboard that indicated the waiting time as 2:30 ie. two and a half hours. In reality, we only waited for 45 minutes to get into the museum and we exited in less than an hour.
Not a museum person, I only have one mission to achieve. To see Mona Lisa. And I did. I also saw the backs of many people. I was quite amused watching others trying to get a glimpse of the famous painting. And to imagine that the painting had 6 persons (not 1 but 6!) guarding it. I must say Blue Eyes’ idea of having a collection on Breasts of Louvre sounds a lot more interesting (scandalous too!)!
