Christmas came early!
By Brown Eyes · · USAWe reached Albuquerque last night after two days of intense driving from Austin, passing San Antonio and an overnight in San Angelo. Blue eyes' friends, Moss & Emily who are living in Albuquerque invited us to stay over at their place and we're very grateful for their hospitality - a home is a home, it's just not the same as a hotel room :)
After a good night rest, we decided to take it real easy today by going to Apple store as Jarmo had been looking for the right iPhone 4S - we've been to three other Apple stores (NYC, Miami & San Antonio) and didn't find it! It turns out that they have it here and after less than 30 minutes of contemplating, Jarmo bought the machine. And guess what, blue eyes checked out the 8.9" Samsung tablet and decided to buy it as well! So the boys have new toys now and they're damn happy about them ;)
As for me, I got myself a new wool hat to keep warm :) Not a bad day out indeed ...

you take very good pictures. you might consider becoming a travel journo when you're back here or somewhere. i sent your blog address to my kids to show them how a travel blog might be organised. bluebrowneyes.com is a very good travel blog. while my kids are typical web users - son likes games, daughter likes faceback - they're not familiar with personal travel blogs. complete your colourful travel e-journal.
